Your invitation
Is this event invitation-only?
Yes. Access is by personal invitation or a partner invitation code. Your RSVP confirms your place.
Can I bring guests?
If your invitation includes guests, you can add them by name when you RSVP — a plus-one, or more where your invitation allows. Each guest is confirmed by name at arrival.
Can I share my invitation?
Partner invitation codes may be shared with your own guests, as agreed with the 404 team. Personal invitation links are for you alone.
Can I change my reservation later?
Yes — use the link on your confirmation page to update attendance, guests or sessions until Wednesday, 4 November. After that, our concierge can help.
Sessions
Do I need to reserve sessions in advance?
For curated sessions, yes — spaces are intimate and offered on a first-confirmed basis. Showcases, bars and the poolside social are open to all guests, no booking needed.
Which experiences require booking?
Pilates, the ASCARO mini tournament, Warrior Plunge, the Johnnie Walker masterclass and pool beer pong.
Can I book more than one session?
Yes — one time per experience, as many experiences as you like. Times that overlap are blocked for you automatically.
What happens if a session is full?
You can join the waitlist. If a space opens, it's offered in waitlist order and your confirmation page updates.
On the day
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 4:00 PM and the party ends at 10:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first reserved session.
What should I wear?
Sportswear for the sessions, casual wear after. Bring a casual change for the evening, plus swimwear if you've reserved Warrior Plunge. Changing rooms and showers are available at ASCARO.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes — canapés are served through the evening, with drinks from Don Julio, Johnnie Walker and Red Bull, and Lucent fitness nutrition drink samples. Let us know of dietary needs in your RSVP.
Can I change and shower at the venue?
Yes. ASCARO has changing rooms and showers, so you can move from sessions into evening wear.
Is there a game to play?
Yes — on the day, find the 404 iPad station to spin the wheel for a chance to win partner prizes. One spin per mobile number.
Where is the venue and is there parking?
ASCARO Padel and Social Club, 4th Floor, TREC, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. Parking and drop-off details will be shared closer to the date.
Will the event be photographed?
Yes — the event will be photographed and filmed for 404 and partner channels. Let our team know on the night if you'd prefer not to be featured.
